I haven't said that in many years, but I think I am actually getting into this working out deal. I had a scheduled rest day on Friday and just about went stir crazy. I WANTED to work out...WTF?
I'll take it. I am now enjoying the exercise, I am enjoying sweating (eewwwwww)...
And although I normally have the winter blahs...they seem to be gone :) I am still not going outside unless I have to, but at least I am not bummed all the time :) I don't think I will EVER enjoy winter. I am just not that kind of person...
Lynn's runnning DW's are not as challenging (ok they are STILL challenging, but maybe a bit better) and I can tell I am getting faster, or seem to be according to me (maybe just positive thinking?)...it feels good to get stronger, faster, more limber.
I can now do a REAL push-up, no knees or anything :) I core is getting stronger (I had NO idea how weak my core was...yikes!) and I am getting to where I can complete workouts without being dead for the rest of the day...I am taking that as all good stuff :)

I am still working on eating to live, NOT living to eat :) It's getting easier every day...I still have to work at it every day. But, things are falling into place :)
Day 3: 365 Day Project
A pair of jeans...probably doesn't look like much, but this pair of jeans I have not been able to fit into for many years. I tried them on today, and they fit, not tight, but just right. Feels awesome :) Can't wait until they are loose :)But for now I'll just enjoy wearing them!
